Complaint on Ordered Items

1. When a customer complains at a customer service PT. Pakaian Asli



On  07th Oktober 2019 PT. Pakaian Asli received a complaint from a customer of a Toko Baju Murah . Because the jacket which order did not match with  the order. the material and color of the jacket are different from what customer order as much 150 pcs , but the size of the jackets are right  .

Customer service PT. Pakaian Asli check the  customer product order data . To make sure the order is there or not.After checking, there really is, the material and color don't match with  the order .Cs pt. Pakaian asli apologize for the error of goods produced then cs promised to confirm with the production so that the order is reproduced. CS asks the customer to wait for approximately one week until the product is finished producing. After the order is finished, CS informs the customer that the item is ready to be sent.

2. When Customer service submits customer complaints to PT. Pakaian Asli Manager


Customer service PT. Pakaian Asli tells the manager that a customer is complaining about the order. The customer complains that the product ordered has the wrong material and color. Therefore, managers hold meetings with employees in advance to make decisions.

3. When the manager submits customer complaints in the meeting room


Because there is a report from the customer service department that the number of complaints received from consumers regarding the quality of the product is declining. Therefore a meeting was held which was attended by the head of the division relating to the production of goods. In the meeting, the beginning of the problem was to look for problems that made the product quality decline. And finally met the beginning of the problem, namely the quality of the raw materials purchased were not of good quality because the supplier was bankrupt, so bought ats a new supplier. And there are also problems in storing raw materials in the warehouse, so that raw materials are easily damaged. From these problems, to improve product quality, it was found to look for suppliers who sell raw materials with better quality. For storage of raw materials in storage, new procedures are needed in storage, so that the quality of raw materials is maintained.
